YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy, in plain language.

Inquiries and subscriptions

We store the contact and business information you submit to review and respond to your request. Newsletter consent is recorded separately. Marketing messages are sent through an email platform with an unsubscribe option.

Client workspace

Your workspace holds plans, approvals, messages, onboarding information, files, documents, and reports. Access is limited to the agency and people authorized for your business. ChatGPT provides sign-in; we do not collect your password.

Service providers

We use hosting, file storage, authentication, and, when connected, email and reporting services to operate this website. An external agreement or payment link takes you to that provider’s website and privacy terms. Connected reporting credentials are stored encrypted and are never shown to clients.

Connected social accounts

When you connect a social account, Zernio handles the platform authorization. We store the account name, connection status, available metrics, and encrypted service credentials. After your publishing approval, the saved caption and media are sent to Zernio and the selected social platform. Uploaded publishing media uses a provider-hosted delivery link; only approve files intended for publication. Disconnecting stops future access but does not remove published posts or copies already held by a provider.

AI content preparation and publishing permissions

When an authorized content plan is enabled, the saved brand brief, selected account references, authorized media filenames, and planned publication times are sent to OpenAI to prepare captions and creative briefs. AI responses are stored by OpenAI under the agency account’s data settings. The website saves drafts, approval records, publishing receipts, and an activity history.

A client member chooses whether each final post is reviewed by the client, reviewed by the agency, or published under the saved rules. Changing those rules requires new client authorization. Pausing stops new automated work and requests cancellation of queued posts; the workspace shows any cancellations the provider has not confirmed. Posts already published or delivered to TikTok may require action on the social network.

Measurement

We count completed inquiries, newsletter signups, and checklist downloads by day without adding advertising cookies or storing visitor identifiers for these counts. Counts describe website activity, not unique people.

Protecting website forms

We use network information and temporary request counters to limit spam. These counters use a hashed network identifier rather than storing the original address and are separate from marketing activity counts.

Your choices

We do not sell contact information. Ask to correct or delete your information through the project inquiry form or your workspace. Do not upload passwords, payment card information, or materials you are not authorized to share. Use platform invitations to grant account access.
